By using our website, products, or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. ✔🤝 Services BDNexaIT Solutions provides website design and development, customized software, ERP systems, domain and hosting assistance, maintenance, technical support, and other IT-related services. The exact project scope, features, delivery schedule, and price will be confirmed through a quotation or written agreement. ✔👩‍💻 Client Responsibilities The client must provide accurate information, content, images, login access, approvals, and other necessary materials on time. Delays in providing these items may affect the project completion date. The client is responsible for ensuring that all supplied content, images, trademarks, and materials are legally owned or properly licensed. ✔📋 Quotations and Payments Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Work may be paused if a payment becomes overdue. Any service, feature, or revision outside the agreed scope may require additional charges and delivery time. ✔📝 Project Delivery Estimated delivery dates depend on the project requirements and timely cooperation from the client. Delivery dates may change due to additional requests, delayed approvals, third-party service issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. ✔📝 Revisions Revisions are limited to the number and scope agreed in the quotation. Major design changes, new features, or changes requested after approval may be treated as additional work. ✔⛓ Domain, Hosting and Third-Party Services Domain names, hosting plans, email services, SSL certificates, APIs, plugins, payment gateways, and other third-party services are subject to their providers’ terms, pricing, availability, and renewal policies. The client is responsible for renewal charges unless otherwise agreed. BDNexaIT Solutions is not responsible for interruptions, price changes, account suspension, data loss, or service failures caused by third-party providers. ✔🛠️ Website and Software Maintenance Maintenance and support are provided only when included in the agreed package or covered by a separate maintenance plan. Maintenance does not automatically include redesigns, new modules, additional features, third-party charges, or recovery from changes made by unauthorized persons. ✔®️ Intellectual Property After receiving full payment, the client will receive ownership or usage rights for the final project according to the written agreement. BDNexaIT Solutions retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable components, development methods, and licensed third-party materials. Unless confidentiality terms prevent it, we may display completed work in our portfolio. ✔🛡️ Security and Backups We take reasonable measures to deliver secure and reliable solutions, but no website, server, or software system can be guaranteed completely free from vulnerabilities or interruptions. Clients should maintain regular backups and protect their passwords. BDNexaIT Solutions is not responsible for damage caused by weak passwords, malware, unauthorized access, client modifications, outdated third-party software, or failure to maintain backups. ✔🔄 Cancellation and Refunds A client may cancel a project by providing written notice. Payments for completed work, reserved development time, third-party purchases, domains, hosting, licenses, and other non-refundable costs will not be refunded. Any refund eligibility will be determined according to the completed work and the applicable written agreement. ✔⚠️ Limitation of Liability BDNexaIT Solutions will not be responsible for indirect losses, loss of business, profits, data, reputation, or opportunities arising from the use or interruption of our services. Where legally permitted, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service related to the claim. ✔🚫 Suspension or Termination We may suspend or terminate services due to overdue payments, misuse, illegal activities, security risks, violation of these terms, or failure to cooperate with project requirements. ✔🔏 Confidentiality Both parties should protect confidential business, technical, and account information received during the project. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to provide an authorized service. ✔📝 Changes to These Terms BDNexaIT Solutions may update these Terms and Conditions when required.
